MPD Officer Adam Kneubuhler, neighborhood officer for the Balsam/Russett area, organized a bike repair clinic this week. This provided an opportunity for about twenty neighborhood kids to have their bikes repaired or tuned up and no cost. City Traffic Engineering and a great group of volunteers also helped out...another example of MPD working with the community...
