Fingerprinting services are available through the Madison Police Department 
for the general public or those applying for professional licenses.

Madison Police Records Section

Hours of service: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 
from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Location: 211 S Carroll St, Room GR-10 Madison, WI 53703

The cost is $10.00 per fingerprint card.  In order to receive the service, 
you must present a picture ID.
