A Madison Police officer was on bicycle patrol in the State Street area early Saturday morning when a young man slapped her on the buttocks. His hand also connected with her service weapon. The officer got off her bike and put the 21-year old in handcuffs. He apologized profusely before receiving a disorderly conduct citation.Released 10/31/2011 at 12:33 PM by PIO Joel DeSpain
