black male, dreadlocks, wearing black shirt and black pants

Details

Officers responded to Penn Park reference shots fired. Witness reported seeing two groups begin to fight and then a suspect firing a handgun. Involved subjects all fled prior to MPD arrival. Officers did not locate any victims or indications that anyone had been injured. Officers did locate several impact points to a nearby apartment building. No one in the apartment building was injured. Investigation continuing.
