Suspect(s)Male, black, 50's, lighter complexion, 6', 200 pounds, wearing a dark winter stocking cap, blue jeans, dark boots, and a letterman style jacket with a red or maroon body and black sleeves. There was some type of black lettering on the front of the coat.
Victim(s)Female, age 10, Pardeeville
UpdateA MPD officer spotted the suspect walking near Mendota St. and Juniper Ave. last Friday afternoon. Mr. Reginald B. Kellum, age 46, Madison, was arrested and tentatively charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.

DetailsA 10-year old girl was touched on the back by a stranger who smelled of marijuana Friday afternoon. The girl was trailing a short distance behind her mother as they shopped at Hy-Vee, 3801 E. Washington Ave. She felt both of the man's fingers on her clothing, and then a tug. She yelled out for her mom. The Pardeeville parent confronted the man and he quickly fled the store.
