Motorists, bicyclist, pedestrians, farmers, joggers and everyone else.


The Madison Police Department has been extremely busy servicing weather-related calls.  As of 8 a.m.. Patrol Operations continues to be on "priority only" for calls for service due to the rain and flooding.  Several roads have been affected by the weather.  As of 8 a.m. the following roads have police re-directing motorists because the water is either too deep or impassable:
Eau Claire/Buffalo
Deming Way/BlackHawk Dr
N. Stoughton/Lexington
University Ave/Campus Dr
N. Park St/Spring St
Mineral Point Rd/Science Dr
many areas of the Beltline. 
Officers are working very hard to keep commuters safe and not stranded.
