The Madison Police Department is seeking citizen help in locating a missing cognitively disabled woman. Donna Cullen, age 20, was last seen Tuesday night at her West Side residence. In the past, Ms. Cullen has been known to travel to the UW-Madison campus and go to either of the student unions. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call 911. There is no evidence, at this time, that she is the victim of a crime, but there is concern for her welfare. Her hair is darker and a bit longer that what is seen in the photograph.

Located on Friday, 8/30/2013, and is safe.
