Details

Two young women were punched in the face by a stranger during a strange attack in a grocery store parking lot Saturday night. The victims were about to walk into Woodman's Market, 3817 Milwaukee St., when a man tossed a grocery bag at them. It contained a gallon of milk. The jug burst after hitting one victim's leg. The man next delivered blows. Each victim was hit once. The force was powerful enough to send them to the pavement. Following the assault, a witness said the man was laughing as he fled west on Milwaukee St.
