1500 block Williamson St.


Male, black, 40's, 6', thin build, facial stubble, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.


Female, 20's, Madison


The victim lost a white "Coach" brand bag that has the word "Coach" written in black and pink on the outside of the bag. Inside was a brown "Coach" brand wallet. The robber might dump these items. Anyone seeing them should not touch, but call 911 and let police properly collect the items.

Also, anyone who saw a man, matching the description above, running with these items in hand this morning, should  contact police.

A woman walking to work was mugged this morning near the 1500 block of Williamson St. The victim was on a bike path when a stranger came up from behind. He grabbed her, threatened her, punched her, and threw her to the ground. The robber made off with the victim's computer and purse. He was last seen running inbound, toward the State Capitol.
