Female, age 2, Stoughton

A pleasant walk at Olbrich Gardens, on a warm early October day, quickly turned disturbing for a Stoughton mother Tuesday afternoon. She was pushing her 2-year old daughter in a stroller when a naked man appeared before her. Shocked, she sought out city park employees. They confronted the man, who was now clothed, and told him he must leave. Police arrived to find the suspect yelling and rambling, saying things like: "I'm living my life" and "enjoying nature." He sang "at the top of his lungs," according to a police report, as he was escorted to the back of a squad car. He was identified via an Illinois ID card, and taken to jail.
