Male, Hispanic, mid-teens, short hair, beard, wearing a black t-shirt and white gym shorts with a single black vertical line on each of the shorts.

A MPD officer counseled a 12-year old about the dangers of walking alone at night, with a headset on, while carrying your phone in your hand. The boy said he had his phone snatched on W. Badger Rd. around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night after being approached from behind. The victim said he pursued the criminal, and punched him in the head. There was a struggle, and he was also punched. In the end, he got his phone back.
