Details

The victim said the robber at first seemed nice, making conversation with her as she walked along the 3500 block of E. Washington Ave. Wednesday night. Her opinion quickly changed when he snatched her cell phone out of her hand. She offered him money to get it back, and held out a $20 bill. He took that too. The young criminal also threatened to shoot the victim, and she could see he had something dark tucked in his waist band. She started yelling and a skateboarder came to her aid. The robber was on a bicycle, and was last seen peddling south on Mayfair Ave.
