DetailsA Madison teen told police two older boys approached him as he walked on Turbot Dr. yesterday afternoon. The 13-year old was looking down at his iPhone, which he was carrying in his right hand. As the two strangers passed, on reached out and grabbed the victim's phone. The thieves then split up and fled in different directions.
