Incident Date

211 N. Carroll Street (Madison College)

Natosha L. Spears, 33-year-old female
CHARGES: Unlawful Trespass & Obstructing An Officer

Madison College

Police responded to a complaint of trespassing at Madison College, on 12/23/2013, at 6:11pm. Security officers led police to an area within the building where Natosha Spears had last been seen, and advised them that she had been told many times to not be on the property. Several security officers had advised Spears of her blatant disregard of trespassing in the past, but there was no vicissitude in her behavior; as she continually kept appearing on college grounds.

Spears happened to be walking towards officers, and when she noticed police, she quickly turned around and tried to exit the building. Officers managed to catch Spears, and she refused to identify herself to police; citing they already had the information. Officers advised Spears that if she could not properly identify herself, they would have no other option but to take her into custody. Spears demanded to be taken to jail, and officers obliged. Spears did not give officers her real information because she stated she did not feel like it and didn't want to talk to police.
