Officers were sent to this location after a report of an ongoing road rage incident that ended with one person stabbed. Witnesses stated that the two involved vehicles were engaged in a moving dispute and at one point, Nelson, a passenger in the vehicle driven by Howard, spit at the victim while seated in his vehicle. The victim followed Howard and Nelson and at one point, pulled in front of Howard's vehicle, causing it to stop. The victim and Howard confronted each other out of their vehicles and an argument ensued after which the victim was allegedly stabbed by Howard. A local ambulance company was behind the two vehicles and observed the entire incident., They were able to not only identify the suspect vehicle which led to the quick apprehension of the suspects, but they were also able to transport the victim to a local hospital where he it was determined that he had sustained non-life threatening injuries. Howard was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Reckless Endangering Safety and Disorderly Conduct while Nelson was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
