DetailsAn intoxicated and shirtless man licked the face of a 59-year-old woman, and created a series of other disturbances last night in the 100 block of State St.
The woman, who uses a cane, said the suspect, a man with whom she is acquainted, also pushed her to the ground.
In a separate confrontation, a 53-year old man said the suspect punched him twice in the face, and cut his finger with some type of shiny object. He needed stitches to close the wound. The second victim said the suspect also stole his bicycle. It was later recovered.
The crimes took place in a downtown park where an eclectic group of people often congregate. It is an area that receives a lot of attention from the MPD.
