Incident Report for Case #2014-222818

Incident Type

Incident Date

07/13/2014 - 9:26 AM

N. Sherman Ave. (at Northport Dr.)

Male, white, 30's, reddish brown hair.

A concerned caller told a dispatcher that there was a man walking a dog Sunday morning near the intersection of N. Sherman Ave. and Northport Dr.

The reason the citizen was reporting this was that the man was clad in nothing but a turban. Officers headed to the area, but were unable to locate such a dog walker.

A second call, from another disturbed Madisonian, indicated a similarly clad individual was now near Lake View Elementary School.

Officers could not find him, but they did speak with a man who was outside doing yard work. He indicated he had recently seen a nude man walking a brown dog. He said the guy had, what appeared to be, a  t-shirt wrapped around his head.
