DetailsThe victim was in his vehicle on Schroeder Rd near Chapel Hill Dr, when he saw a 2004 or older four door Toyota with the hazard lights on. The victim asked the driver and the two other occupants in the vehicle if they needed assistance, at which time they asked the victim if he had jumper cables. When the victim started to hook up the cables, the suspect pulled a handgun on the victim at which time the victim punched the suspect in the face. This caused the suspect to drop the gun which the victim recovered and called police and handed over the gun which appeared to be a non functioning gun and was not loaded.
The other occupants of the vehicle were described as a f/b, 20-30 years old, heavy build, wearing a gray tank with gray leggings. The other occupant was described as a m/b, 5'04, 110 lbs, wearing a white cut off shirt and gym shorts. there were no injuries to the victim and nothing was taken. The suspects fled in the suspect vehicle with the other two occupants after the suspect was punched in the face.
