Suspect(s)Dark-skinned M/B, 40's, approx. 5'8", thin to medium build, light facial hair, wearing a bright orange jacket with possibly a dark shirt underneath, dark knee-length shorts
DetailsVictim was walking westbound on 600 W. Johnson St. and noticed suspect walking behind her. Victim turned and was walking north on 300 N. Lake St. when suspect ran up to her and threw her down, then grabbed the bag she was carrying. They struggled over it for about 15 seconds before the suspect let go and ran east through the alley between the Fluno Center and UW's Lake & Johnson parking ramp. Victim had minor injuries not requiring medical attention. Investigation continuing.
