A man with a history of burglary convictions was arrested again early this morning after a concerned citizen saw him cutting a window screen of a neighbor's apartment in the 500 block of W. Main St. The witness confronted the suspect, and he fled on a stolen bicycle. Thanks to details provided by the witness, officers were able to locate and apprehend the 50-year-old a short while later. When asked about the bike, he said he took it from "one of them places," explaining "I look for bikes." He did not wish to discuss why he was cutting a window screen, without an attorney present.
