2733 E. Washington Ave (McDonalds)


The Madison Police Department received multiple calls of a shooting that occurred in the 2700 block of East Washington Avenue.  Upon arrival, it was found that the McDonald's restaurant at 2733 E. Washington Avenue had been struck by gunfire.  No injuries were reported or found by police.

Witnesses stated that the shooting most likely occurred across the street, possibly at or right near the Capitol Petro Mart at 2702 E. Washington Avenue.  Two vehicles were seen leaving the area, one described as a white sedan and the other an older black or gold car.
