Old Putter

Over the years Officer Putter has seen it all.  Putter has assisted with many community outreach events as well as old crime prevention programs such as DARE and McGruff.  After 20+ years serving the Madison community and its police department, Putter decided to retire from what he loved best.

Not too long ago Officer Dave Retlick decided to check up on Putter.  How was he enjoying retirement?  Dave could see something was missing with Putter (his remote control and dignity), so he introduced Putter to some wonderful people at UW Robotics, Creative Signs, and City of Madison Fleet Services.  Putter spent almost an entire year with them putting the little car's life back together.  "The personal transformation is astonishing! After what these kind folks have done for me, I feel like a million bucks!" Putter reports.
