The annual senior art show opens at the Senior Center on Friday, May 1 from 4-7:30 pm. Art works represent talented Dane County artists, 55 years plus. Works are judged, and cash prizes and awards are announced at the opening reception. Refreshments served.

Hear students from eight Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) Middle Schools read winning essays about an older person in their lives and guest speaker Jennifer P. Cheatham, Superintendent of MMSD. Ice cream sundaes will be served after the program on Wednesday, May 6, 3:15-4:30 pm.
