How to get to ride the drive
By bike or by foot
Southwest Path
If you live near Allied Drive, Odana Golf Course, Glenway Golf Course, or Camp Randall Stadium, you can take this former Railroad paved path.
Path along Lake Mendota
If you live in Middleton, Shorewood, or near Lake Mendota, you can take the path along the shoreline.
By car
You can take University Avenue until it changes into Campus Drive, and then Johnson Street. Turn left on Francis Street to use the State Street Campus Ramp that will be open during the ride.

Capital City Trail
If you live by Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Atwood or Williamson Neighborhoods, you can take the Capital City trail to John Nolen Drive and Blair Street.
Trek Store East: Ride to the Drive
Meet 7:30 at the Trek Store East, 1706 Eagan Road, for this General Manager led ride.
By car
You can take Williamson Street in and park in the Government East Ramp, accessible on West Wilson and South Pinckney Street, or in the Brayton Lot, accessible on South Butler Street.
By bike or by foot
capital city trail
If you live in Fitchburg, Dunn, Blooming Grove, or by Goodman Park, you can take the Capital City Trail to John Nolen Drive.
Fish Hatchery Road
If you live in Fitchburg or near Fish Hatchery Road, you can take Fish Hatchery Road to John Nolen Drive.
By car
You can take West Washington into the Downtown area, and park in the Overture Center Ramp accessible on West Mifflin and West Dayton Street.
By bike or by foot
Sherman Avenue
If you live by Warner Park, in Maple Bluff, by Tenney Park, take Sherman Avenue to Paterson Street.
By car
You can take Sherman to Gorham and then park in the Capitol Square North Ramp, accessible on North Webster Street, East Mifflin Street and North Butler Street.
