UPDATE
Work on the Jug Handle interchange for the week of May 20th:
• Survey
• North Junction Road – removals, grading, storm sewer
• Work on Temporary Signals at Mineral Point Road and Junction Road
• Bridge/retaining wall work to begin around the new Jug Handle
• Removal of existing medians

Traffic Impacts:
• Northbound N. Junction Road will be reduced to 1-lane from Mineral Point Rd. to Isaac Drive
• Single lane closures of Mineral Point Road 9am-3pm Monday thru Friday
• Single lane closures of Junction Road 9am-3pm Monday thru Friday

The Mineral Point Road & Junction Road project has begun and is expected to last until July 31, 2014.  Mineral Point Road will be reconstructed from Pleasant View Road to the Beltline.  Junction Road will be reconstructed from Isaac Drive to Valley View Road.  A bridge will be constructed to carry traffic southbound on Junction Road over Mineral Point Road.

Meetings for businesses or residents will be held bi-weekly at the job trailer for the project.  The job trailer is located on the south side of Mineral Point Road approximately 500' west of Junction Road.  The meetings will be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 2:30 pm starting on June 4, 2013.
