UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS:
• This Weekend of Saturday 5/18, 5AM – Monday 5/20, 5AM:
o On-ramp from Fish Hatch to Eastbound Beltline: CLOSED for concrete paving & curing
• Next Week, Monday 5/20 – Friday 5/24:
o Bridge paving blocks and sidewalk
o Planning to switch WB off-ramp over to the new pavement the morning of Wednesday 5/22
o Remove the old WB off-ramp; install storm sewer and grading at this location
o Grading and storm sewer work for new WB off-ramp continuing down toward the Beltline
o Concrete pavement and bridge approach slabs
o Night-time milling and asphalt pavement overlay operations on the Beltline
o Night-time Todd Drive approach slab repair work
UPCOMING TRAFFIC IMPACTS (ALSO SEE CALENDAR):
• Fish Hatchery Road:
o Periodic single lane closures will be required during off-peak hours (9AM – 3PM)
? Northbound outside lane scheduled to be closed Thursday 5/23 from 9AM-3PM for storm sewer work
o Anticipated for 1st week in June (Traffic switch to next stage for median construction):
? Southbound Traffic will remain in its current configuration
? Northbound Traffic will be shifted to the far east on to the pavement that is currently under construction
o Early July: Fish Hatchery Road is anticipated to be re-opened to full traffic capacity
• On-ramp from Fish Hatchery Road to Eastbound Beltline:
o CLOSED this weekend: Saturday 5/18, 5AM until Monday 5/20, 5AM
? DETOUR ROUTE: Enter Westbound Beltline – exit Seminole Highway off-ramp – turn left and go across Seminole Highway Bridge – turn left and enter Eastbound Beltline on-ramp
• Westbound Beltline off-ramp to Fish Hatchery Road:
o Morning of Wednesday 5/22: ramp traffic will be switched on to the new pavement
? this ramp will remain open, but traffic will be shifted on to different lane configurations to accommodate construction staging for the new ramp; the staged ramp layouts will have restricted widths requiring traffic to slow down and take extra precautions when exiting the Westbound Beltline
• Westbound Beltline auxiliary lane from Park Street to Fish Hatchery Road:
o Anticipated to start the first week in June: the auxiliary lane will be CLOSED for 10 days for the construction of the new Westbound off-ramp; all ramps will remain open at Park Street and Fish Hatchery Road will remain open during this 10 day time frame
• Beltline Night-Time Lane and Ramp Closures (anticipated every week into early August):
o Night of Monday 5/20:
? 8pm-10pm: Westbound and Eastbound Beltline single left lane closed
? 10pm-5am: Westbound and Eastbound Beltline two left lanes closed
o Night of Tuesday 5/21:
? 7pm-6am: Southbound Park St/USH 14 to Westbound Beltline on-ramp will be CLOSED
? 7pm-6am: Fish Hatchery Road to Westbound Beltline on-ramp will be CLOSED
? 7pm-8pm: Westbound Beltline single right lane closed
? 8pm-6am: Westbound Beltline two right lanes closed
o Night of Wednesday 5/22:
? 8pm-5am: Eastbound Beltline to Northbound Fish Hatchery Road loop ramp will be CLOSED
? 8pm-5am: Todd Drive to Eastbound Beltline on-ramp will be CLOSED
? 8pm-10pm: Eastbound Beltline right lane closed
o 10pm-5am: Eastbound Beltline two right lanes closed

Beltline & Fish Hatchery Interchange:  Work is scheduled from June 2012 to September 2013. 
Project will involve:
• Reconfiguration of north half of Fish Hatchery Rd. interchange
• Reconstruction of Fish Hatchery Rd., Greenway Cross - Petra Pl.
• Widening and raising of Fish Hatchery Rd. bridge over US 12/18 (Madison Beltline)
• Pavement resurfacing of US 12/18 (Madison Beltline) at the interchange
