  • Billing (Customers may pay bills)
  • Water Quality
  • Engineering
  • Lead Service Replacement Reimbursement 266-4651
  • Meter Shop
  • Service: Start or end water service (Billing Section) 

Meeting rooms at the site are available for water-related meetings and City meetings; please call 266-4651 for information.

Madison Water Utility Operations Center:  The Dispatcher's telephone number, 266-4661, is answered at all hours. The Operations Center is the base of field operations and can respond to reports at any time.
