MEETINGS

Per recommendations of the 2006 Madison Water Utility Water Master Plan, proposed water supply projects are currently being developed in the Arbor Hills neighborhood. It is the Utility’s intent to evaluate several alternatives to improve the fire protection capacities and supply reliability of the water system in this area. A full description of the project and a list of the potential alternatives are available for review in the attached documents.

On November 25, 2008, the Madison Water Utility Board introduced and referred resolutions to establish these projects. Following a minimum two-month public participation process, at its January 2009 regular meeting, the Madison Water Utility Board considered public input and determined that the projects should be established.
