Voit Area Visions with Carl Landsness ~ Join Friends of Starkweather Creek board member and nature visionary Carl Landsness to discover Marsh View Bike Path and hidden Starkweather Conservation Park behind the Voit property on Milwaukee Street.  Learn about and discuss some of the challenges and ideas for this large natural area.  Could this area become the "Arboretum of the East Side"? 

Outings in the Starkweather Creek area begin 10:00am at the Goodman Community Center, unless noted otherwise and are held the 3rd Saturday of every month, year-round. Outings include nature walks, canoe/kayak adventures, bicycling tours and more, and are sponsored by the Madison Friends of Urban Nature, Madison Parks, Goodman Community Center, Madison Audubon Society, and Friends of Starkweather Creek. No registration required. No pets are allowed.
