First day to vote absentee in the hospital for the General Election
Voters who are hospitalized may appoint an agent to bring their absentee request and voter ID to the City Clerk's Office. Proof of the agent's identity also needs to be presented to the Clerk's Office. The Clerk's Office will issue the absentee ballot to the appointed agent, and the agent will deliver the ballot to the hospitalized voter. Once the voter marks the ballot, seals it in the absentee envelope, and completes the certificate on the envelope, the agent will return the absentee ballot to the Clerk's Office.
