We want to work with you on neighborhood improvements - community enhancement and leadership and capacity building projects are eligible. Groups of 5 or more residents, neighborhood associations, business associations and other neighborhood groups can apply. NEW THIS YEAR -  apply with a video of 10 minutes or less.
