The Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce partners with the City of Madison in the Carts in Parks Program working to support small minority businesses thrive in our community. Weekly markets at Penn Park on Sundays and every other Thursday.  Local entrepreneurs vending, food carts, resource booths, and entertainment.
