Neighbors and the community are invited to attend a public input meeting regarding the possible addition of rooftop lighting on the existing Water Utility Building adjacent to Reynolds Park. The rooftop of Nichols Station, located at 101 N. Livingston is jointly operated by Madison Parks and Madison Water Utility as a recreational facility offering bike polo, and newly installed tennis courts with a SportsCourt surfacing.

As part of the process, the City hired Strand Associates to evaluate the structural integrity of the existing light pole bases and to identify options for meeting the requests for lighting. The City of Madison is holding a public input meeting to discuss possible options.
