Midvale Project Neighborhood Meeting Tonight

Hello Neighbors,

 

I want to extend a sincere apology to you regarding a mistake I made this week. I had put together a post about the redevelopment of 216 and 222N Midvale Boulevard and posted it. Or so I thought. I did not realize that my post in fact did NOT post until a bit ago. I will be sure to share the recorded version of this presentation, and make sure that any thoughts or concerns I received get to the proposers, and any questions answered that you may have.

The following is the (slightly modified) post that was supposed to be published on Monday:

 

Tonight, Flad Development will share a proposal for a redevelopment project at the corner of N. Boulevard and VErnon Boulevard. They have formally submitted their plans and application for their Manchester on Midvale apartment project, located at 216 and 222 N. Midveale Boulevard. The development is proposed to be a five-story building comprised of 72 apartments. The proposal is consistent with the approved University Hill Farms Neighborhood Plan.

Please join us for a virtual neighborhood meeting to learn more about this proposal. You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. or you can listen via telephone. You will receive ologin information after registering at www.cityofmadison.com/MeetingOctober14midvale.

Again, I am sincerely sorry for this error. I will work harder to ensure these mistakes do not happen in the future.
