A federal judge today refused to delay Wisconsin's April 7 election, but he pushed back to April 13 the deadline for absentee ballots to be received so they can be counted in the spring races, which include the presidential primaries.

IMPORTANT: Absentee Ballot Witness

Late last night, the 7th Circuit issued a stay as to one part of Judge Conley’s order.
Absentee ballots will still require a witness signature. The Court refused to stay the other portions of the order on extra time for receipt of absentee ballots.

Gov Evers suspends in-person voting

A few minutes ago, Governor Evers signed an Executive Order that suspends tomorrow's in-person voting until June 9, 2020, due to COVID-19 Pandemic. This is very likely going to be appealed, and there may be further changes as the courts get involved. Please stay tuned for more updates.
