2830 Dryden Drive, Sherman Plaza Multi Family Apartment Building

Dear Neighbors,

Please join me today for a neighborhood meeting where we will hear about a redevelopment proposal for 2830 Dryden Drive. Sherman Plaza, Inc. This project proposes to demolish the existing one-story office building on the site and construct a four-story, 27-unit multi-family apartment building, for which they will need conditional use approval.

They are proposing 19 underground and 20 surface parking stalls. The project will require review by the Urban Design Commission and the Plan Commission because it is part of a Planned Multi-Use Site (Sherman Plaza).

I look forward to seeing you all today 6:30 p.m. - 7:45 P.M at Warner Park Community Recreation Center - Meeting Room.
