Ellas Deli Site Development Zoom (ONLINE) Neighborhood Meeting

Hi Neighbors,

The owners of the Ella's Deli site at 2902 East Washington Avenue are planning to redevelop the vacant property and the adjacent site at 401 North Lawn Avenue. They hope to create a transit oriented, mixed-use residential apartment and commercial development on the site. They are planning to submit an application for land use approvals for the project this spring. The site is zoned to allow for their proposed uses, but the proposal does require a conditional use permit and Urban Design Commission review. The developer represented by Anne Morrison, has been attending Eken Park Neighborhood Association meetings, but the team has not had the opportunity to make a formal presentation. The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to present the concept plan and gather additional input from residents.
