Online Recorded Meeting Link for Plat of 61 acre farm - 4000 Packers Avenue

Hi Neighbors,

On March 25th we had our first online meeting to discuss the proposed 61 acre Raemish Farm located north of Tennyson Drive, fronting on Packers Avenue and North Sherman Avenue. The majority of the land was originally designated as part of the Town of Burke, and recently annexed into the City of Madison. 

Those who were not be able to attend the meeting and want an update may view the recorded meeting here.

The developer is planning to submit a rezoning demolition permit request to the city next week. I will keep you posted with the latest developments.
