Hi neighbors,

I just wanted to give you a quick reminder about tomorrow's Transportation Policy and Planning Board (TPPB) meeting where the Oscar Mayer Special Area Plan (OMSAP) will be discussed. I know many of you reached out to me voicing your concerns. I have been listening and sharing your emails and feedback with the TPPB. I also encourage you to participate in tomorrow's virtual meeting, if possible. This will be one of your last opportunities to share your input with the TPPB. Below are the details of how you can enter your comments and attend the meeting virtually.

Virtual Meeting TPPB

Register but Do Not Speak: You can register your support or opposition to an agenda item online.


Register and Speak: If you wish to speak at the virtual meeting on an agenda item, you must register to speak. When you register to speak, you will be sent an email with the information you will need to join the virtual meeting.


Watch the Meeting: You can call-in or watch the Transportation Policy and Planning Board meeting in several ways:
