URGENT: Tonight the Raemisch Farm Development Project will not be discussed

I sent you all the following notice this morning. However, this afternoon, on the request of developer (Marty Rifken) this project has been re-refered to the November 9th Plan Commission meeting. It will not be discussed at tonight's meeting.

Hi neighbors, 

I just wanted to give you a quick reminder about today's Plan Commission virtual meeting at 5:30 PM where the Raemisch Farm Development on property addressed as 4000-4150 Packers Avenue and 4201 N Sherman will be discussed. I know many of you reached out to me voicing your concerns over green space, traffic and impact of F-35. I have been listening and sharing your emails and feedback with the Plan Commission. I also encourage you to participate in today's virtual meeting, if possible. Below are the details of how you can enter your comments and attend the meeting virtually.

1. WRITTEN COMMENTS: You can send comments on agenda items to pccomments@cityofmadison.com

2. REGISTER BUT DO NOT SPEAK: You can register your support, opposition, or neither support or opposition to an agenda item without speaking at https://www.cityofmadison.com/MeetingRegistration.

3. REGISTER TO SPEAK or TO ANSWER QUESTIONS: If you wish to speak to an agenda item at the virtual meeting in support, opposition, or neither support or opposition, you MUST register.

You can register at https://www.cityofmadison.com/MeetingRegistration. When you register to speak OR answer questions, you will be prompted to provide contact information so that you can be sent an email with the information you will need to join the virtual meeting.
