Financial Resources Hotline to Help Navigate COVID Resource

The Community Development Division and Madison Public Library are partnering to provide free financial resource hotline service, connecting residents with a "Financial Navigator," to provide guidance, over the phone, to help residents access available programs and services to manage income loss and other financial concerns they may be experiencing. With one-on-one discussions, Navigators will work with residents to address personal financial issues, identify immediate steps to manage expenses and maximize income, and make referrals to other services such as bill paying assistance, government benefits and other programs that may come from future stimulus packages.

 

COVID HELPLINE

You can access the City of Madison's Financial Resources Hotline here. This helpline will help residents to find up-to-date information about COVID resources as things continue to change.   

City of Madison also updated their website and have created a new partner toolkit for organizations who would like to help spread the word about this service through social media. Please share in your networks.
