Occupy Madison Phase 2 Tiny Homes Project at 1901 Aberg Avenue

April 19, 2021 12:31 PM

Dear Neighbor,

Occupy Madison is moving forward with Phase 2 of the Tiny Homes project which will allow them to have permanent use of a tiny house village similar to the one at 304 N. 3rd Street. The project will go through a full Planned Development process at 1901 Aberg Avenue (formerly Wiggie's).

Phase 2 will include a reduction of the number of houses and will determine how the inside of the building will be used. Please join Tiny Home Administration, Alder Abbas and City staff from Zoning and Planning, for a virtual neighborhood meeting on Thursday, April 22, at 6:00 p.m. to learn more about this proposal and to have your questions answered.

You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone. You will receive login information after registering at www.cityofmadison.com/ meetingApr22Aberg1901.

I look forward to meeting with you on April 22.

Best regards,
Syed
