Melvin Court and Ridgeway Avenue Resurfacing with Utilities Meeting tonight at 6 PM

Hi Neighbors, 


Just want to remind you all about today's virtual public information meeting for Melvin Court and Ridgeway Avenue Resurfacing at 6 p.m., via Zoom. 

Project Overview

In 2021, the City plans to resurface portions of Melvin Court and Ridgeway Avenue.  The proposed project would include replacement of the sanitary sewer main and laterals, installation of new storm sewer and inlets, replacement of the water main only on Ridgeway Avenue, and replacement of the asphalt pavement.  Curb and gutter, driveway aprons, and sidewalk sections will be replaced as needed.

Project Limits

Melvin Court – East Washington Avenue to the north end.
Ridgeway Avenue – Melvin Court to the west end.

Project Schedule

Anticipated bid date of June 10, 2021, with construction starting on August 16, 2021

There are a number of points of contact during this project where the public is encouraged to give feedback as part of public information meetings and public hearings. Dates, times and locations are indicated below:
