July 14th - Virtual Neighborhood Meeting about Proposed 521 N. Sherman Ave Restaurant

Dear Neighbor,

Chris Guglielmo and Alessandro Monachello, owners of "It's Good For You," a mobile catering business that serves pizza prepared in wood fired ovens to private parties, festivals, and neighborhood events, propose to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant/pizzeria, Mio Fratello, at 512 N. Sherman Avenue.  Their proposal will require Conditional Use approval from the Plan Commission.

Please join me, Mr. Guglielmo, Mr. Monachello and their architect for a virtual neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, July 14, 5:30pm - 6:30pm to learn more about the proposal. You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone.
