Second Neighborhood Meeting of 61 Acres Raemish Farm

August 1, 2020 11:40 AM

Hello Neighbors,

Alder Kemble and I are hosting another meeting for the community to ask questions and review the updates on the Raemisch Farm development at 4000 Packers Avenue. The developer proposed a project to develop 61 acres of farmland to 124 single-family lots and seven lots for future multi-family or mixed-used development.

This is the second public meeting we are hosting to address some of the neighbors' concerns regarding green space, stormwater, and multi-family proposed projects on North Sherman Avenue, among other concerns.

Developer Marty Rifkin, and staff from the City Park and Planning Department will be available to answer any questions via a Virtual Neighborhood Meeting this Monday, August 3rd, 6 PM to 7:30 PM.

At this meeting, the developer will share the most updated design and address your concerns. Then, this project will come to the Plan Commission for approval on August 10th (virtual meeting) at 5:30 PM and by the Common Council at its September 1st virtual meeting at 6:30 PM.

If you want to participate in an upcoming neighborhood virtual meeting, please register in advance by using the link below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Register in advance for the August 3rd neighborhood meeting here:

Thanks and stay well!
