Streets Division collection crews are wrapping up the final round, and it is too late to add additional material to the curb to guarantee pick up.

Many of you received a postcard about the neighborhood meeting to discuss the grocery store access issue this Thursday, May 9 at the Urban League.
Due to a requirement that the city gives at least ten days notice, this meeting has been rescheduled for 5:30, Thursday, May 23 at the Labor Temple
Backyard composting of yard waste is optimal. Half of the phosphorous load in our urban stormwater can be attributed to leaves in the street. But not everybody can compost, so please take note of this update from the city on the final round this spring for yard waste collection.
