Visions, Complete Streets, Toys for Tots - D15 Update 12/2/19
There are three items on this Tuesday's Common Council agenda related to Visions Nightclub. Item 33 is the disciplinary matter that will require Visions to close for three months as part of the agreed upon settlement - Recommendation from ALRC is to adopt.
Item 32 is a request to add three new officers to T.C. Visions Inc. - Recommendation from ALRC is to place on file (not approve). Instead, Downtown Madison Investments LLC, will need to apply for a new license in order to operate their proposed Silk Exotic Madison East Gentlemen's Club at the location currently occupied by Visions. This item (#120) is being introduced at Tuesday's Common Council meeting, but will be taken up at ALRC on December 18th. There will be a public meeting to hear about the proposal on December 17th at Pedro's on East Washington Avenue. I will share more details about that meeting next week.
