Accessory Dwelling Unit Zoning Update

On Monday, the Plan Commission will take action on the proposed zoning changes that will update regulations on construction of Accessory Dwelling Units. The Common Council also passed a budget amendment that will create a loan program that will help support construction of more ADUs in the city. The Plan Commission's recommendation will be in front of the Common Council on Tuesday, December 7.
