    The Common Council will take up an amendment to the Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Worthington Park Neighborhood Plan that was adopted in 2000 to add a land use recommendation for the northern half of the block bounded by Linden Avenue, Atwood Avenue, Division Street, and Dunning Street.
