Alder Tierney’s Updates

a message from Tracey Hartley, Madison Parks - RIDE THE DRIVE - mark your calendars- June 7th!

May 1, 2015 12:12 PM

I will be coordinating the Ride the Drive Events for the City of Madison and The Madison Parks Division this year.  The Ride the Drive Downtown will be hosted on Sunday, June 7, 2015 and the Near West Ride the Drive is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, 2105.

I have attached a map for the Downtown Ride the Drive for your convenience.  The second Ride the Drive map is being finalized.

About the events....

Ride the Drive is a car-free, care free event that turns Madison's signature streets into a public promenade that is open to cyclists, walkers, rollerbladers, and those out to share in the experience and fun atmosphere. These popular events bring 20,000 people out to ride, walk and skate on the route, enjoy food and participate in various activities, and fun stopping points along the way.

Thank you for your time.  If you have any further questions I can be contacted at 608-267-4919 or email
